Return policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we have implemented a simple and flexible return policy. Here are the details:

 

TERMS :

Didn't ride your bike or unpack your product?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product. Note that the product must be returned to the store where the purchase was made. Considering our vast network of official dealers, please make sure to send your request to the right place.

In the case of a bicycle, no mileage must be recorded OR must indicate the starting mileage recorded in your file. The bicycle must be new and free from any signs of wear. In the case of a miscellaneous accessory, it must be new, in its original packaging (if applicable) and have the original label (if applicable).

Did you ride your bike or unpack your product?

For an electric bike: from the date of purchase, you have a period of 7 days and a maximum of 20 km registered on the meter. In addition, the bicycle must be free of any trace of scratches, wear or any other damage deemed abnormal.

For a return within 7 days of the date of purchase AND with more than 20 km, be aware that each extra km will be charged at the rate of $50/km. This amount will then be deducted from your total refund.

For a miscellaneous accessory: the item must be new, in its undamaged original packaging (if applicable) and have the original tag attached (if applicable).

Note that the product must be returned to the store where the purchase was made. Considering our vast network of official dealers, please make sure to send your request to the right place.

Refund

The refund will be made to your original method of payment. Proof of purchase will be requested (official invoice) and we verify the method of payment used during the initial purchase.

Please allow five business days to process the return. Please note that it may take up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to be processed and appear on your credit card statement, depending on the credit card company.

Want to ship your return?

If you wish to ship your product to be returned, you are responsible for any costs associated with the return shipment of the product. If the product meets our conditions (see above), your refund will then be made directly to the payment method indicated in our records.

If the purchase was paid for in cash, go to the store to proceed with the refund.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to make sure it is new, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached (if applicable).

Pre-order/deposit

Have you pre-ordered or made a deposit on a bike or accessory? The refund of the initial payment or deposit will be made at any time before the arrival of the product in our shop. Certain fees apply:

  • Electric bikes: $200 cancellation fee per bike.
    • Exception: In the event that the delivery time exceeds 6 months, no cancellation fees will be charged.
  • All other products: 15% cancellation fee per product.
    • Exception: In the event that the delivery time exceeds 6 months, no cancellation fees will be charged.

Exceptions

The items below cannot be returned:

  • Controllers, sensors, chargers, lights and similar items
  • Batteries
  • Helmets (safety equipment)
  • Bike racks
  • Tools
  • Sale products

 

Exchange

  • Exchange of a used bicycle for a new bicycle: no exchange possible.
  • Exchange of a new product for another new product:
    • An inspection will be performed to ensure that the returned product is new, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached (if applicable).
    • We will then make the exchange based on the price difference between the products.
